Ayşe Ayda Gerçek Çelik has joined DTIC as a PhD Researcher.
Her PhD, National Security and the ‘New’ Industrial Policy, compares the UK, the US and Germany to ask why some countries turn leadership in quantum research into their own industrial capacity while others fall behind. The studentship is funded by the ESRC through the Scottish Graduate School of Social Science.
